Every plot follows your protocol.

A table-grape block in Peru and a citrus block in Spain ask the same question and get different answers, each built from that plot's variety, soil, weather, stage and recorded history. Both answers follow your protocol.

Your data isolated at every layer: a dedicated database instance, storage under your own encryption key, dedicated compute, a dedicated backup vault. No shared processes with another customer.

Roles that match your operation: field, plot, region, programme. Each person gets the access their job needs.

Encryption at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. Automated security scans on every deployment. An independent penetration test every year, isolation between customers included in scope.

Your database, your storage, your encryption key. Nothing shared with another customer.

No engineer has standing access to your content. Access only to fix a reported issue or respond to an incident, behind MFA, logged immutably and reviewed quarterly.

Systems integrations quoted per system. Solution architecture comes first when the deployment needs two or three of them.

Every recommendation is checked against residue limits and pre-harvest intervals for your destination markets before it reaches the grower.

Hosted and managed on AWS in Ireland. Data residency in another region is planned for Q4 2026 under an enterprise contract.

Security and trust

Built on the controls your security team already audits.

Your instance is private and isolated. Your protocols and your fields' data train no shared models. Your organisation and your growers own every query, recommendation and record, and export them in open formats at any time, including after termination. These are contract clauses.

Encryption in transit and at rest. ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 certified, verified annually by an accredited body. Annual penetration test by an independent third party. Signed Data Processing Agreement. The AI providers ORTH uses do not train on your data. Personal data and farm identifiers are stripped from every prompt before it leaves our servers. GDPR and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 compliant.

How is Enterprise priced?

Enterprise is an annual commitment sized to your operation, drawn down in seats, the private instance and the services you use. Every level has the whole product; the levels differ in the sites, services and support included. We build the proposal after the first call.
How is access controlled?
+
Access is per named user, with admin, agronomist and viewer roles set by your administrators.
Where is our data hosted?
+
ORTH is managed on AWS in eu-west-1, Ireland, with enterprise data in a dedicated instance. Locking data to another region (EU-only, APAC, US) is planned for Q4 2026 under an enterprise contract.
Do you sign a DPA?

Yes. A standard Aydi Data Processing Agreement is included in enterprise onboarding. We adjust it to your data residency requirements and any jurisdiction-specific compliance terms, and sign it during onboarding.
What are the uptime and SLA commitments?

99.9% monthly uptime, which is at most 44 minutes of downtime a month. Zero data loss as a hard commitment: multi-AZ database with automatic failover, point-in-time recovery to any second in the last 35 days, versioned storage and immutable backups nobody can delete. Recovery objectives of one hour for data and four hours for service. Critical issues (a platform outage or a data-loss event): response within one hour, resolution within six. High priority: three hours and twenty-four. Medium: six hours and seventy-two. Any confirmed security incident affecting your data is notified within twenty-four hours.
Who at ORTH can see our data?

Nobody has standing access. An engineer touches your content only to fix an issue you have reported or to respond to a security incident, behind multi-factor authentication. Every such access is logged immutably and reviewed quarterly.
Does ORTH integrate with our systems?

Yes. Systems integrations are quoted per system. When a deployment needs two or three of them, solution architecture comes first. Strategic Partner includes solution architecture and one systems integration.
What happens to our data when the contract ends?

An offboarding call within five business days. A full export of your data within twenty business days. Deletion of every copy within thirty days of your export confirmation, and a signed Data Destruction Certificate within sixty days covering database, files, AI history and backups.
What does the dedicated CSM do?
+
A named customer success manager who knows your operation, your crops and your regions, with a quarterly review. Enterprise Plus includes the named manager and the quarterly review. Strategic Partner adds a dedicated success team and an executive sponsor.
